Obviously it's been a while since I've really blogged. Funny thing is, this blog sits in the back of my mind like the need to pick up the phone and call an old friend.
I've had many thoughts about life and how I spend my time. I have a love/hate relationship with technology, and I've had to reevaluate what I'm doing with my time again and again. I deleted my Facebook a year ago and I've cut down how much I use pinterest to maybe 10 minutes a month, but I've picked up instagram which is another huge time waster and (if I'm honest) quite addictive. I've made wonderful friends there, so it's bittersweet. I've also considered stopping my blog. I havent picked up my camera enough, and I can hardly even think of what to write about. I know life has its seasons, and this one has been in fast forward mode all year!
I've thought and prayed through this and I love my blog and the friendships I've made through it! I am so thankful for you all! So, I'm starting again. I love the little journal online, I love sharing with far away family and friends, it really is important to me.
So here we go. A new start. Praying and gathering my thoughts. Get ready!! ;) I'm excited for the holidays and to share what we've been up to. I hope you are all well, and will stop in to say hi!

I'm right there with you, with very similar thoughts about my blog. I'm glad you're going to stick around though. I enjoy reading your thoughts and seeing your pictures.
I'm glad you decided to keep your blog going, Jeana. I love connecting with you and seeing what you're up to. However, don't let your readers sway you :)
It's okay to come and go from your blog too. We'll find you again! We all need technology breaks. I've printed my blog in a hardcover book so it's taken the place of scrapbooking (which I haven't done in years). It makes me stick with it when I look at it as my family's keepsake.
My first visit - I bookmarked a TON of AO blogs when people shared them on-line, and... well, yours really stuck out. I hope you don't discontinue.
