Feelin Like Fall

I can feel the cool crisp air creeping in, and I love it! Lastnight as I was reading in the tub, I could hear the wind howling outside the window. It was a moment that really hit me. Summer is over and here comes fall.

I love Fall, but it is always so sad to see summer leave, but as I woke up this morning and fed the dogs, and walked outside to see that a bird had landed in the bottom of the pool and couldn't get out (it's a wonder I didn't hear that darn dog barking her bird-dog head off all night long) Okay, so back to fall. I felt it. The cool air and the cold ground on my bare feet, and I have to say, I got a little bit excited for the changes that are coming.

I have put away our summer decor and toned it down a bit for fall.

I picked this frame up at a garage sale for a few bucks and painted chalk board paint over it.
